  1. I was only give 1 packet each of Arby’s Sauce and Horseradish sauce for 2 roast beef sandwiches! The order taker/server was quite rude when I asked for any at all! Other guests that had been waiting before me were also treated poorly! I will most likely not be returning to this location. #5596 Norfolk,NE.

  2. I visited store #6336 on Jan 28, 2021 receipt # 392. I reported on your survey my extreme disappointment in the two fish sandwiches which I had ordered. Both were luke warm at best! The taste was fine, the amount paid for quantity was fine and the staff were pleasant. It was just that the fish sandwiches were luke warm at best and we did not realize it until some distance away from the store. when I got home, I completed the survey because I felt this experience should not be repeated with another customer.
    Within a couple of hours of submitting the online survey, the local store manager called to apologize and offered to send some free coupons to compensate for our experience. I said that was not why I commented but he insisted so I gave him my address. To date I have not received any coupons. Is this an example of “adding insult to injury”?

  3. 6271Glenway Ave., Order ID: AACJYJZAAGGM, ORDERED A MOCHA SHAKE AND GOT A ICE MOCHA COFFEE, YOUR SUPPOSED TO GET IT CORRECT, AND SHE READ BACK TO ME MOCHA SHAKE WITH NO WHIP CREAM, NOT GOING BACK.

  4. I went to the Arby’s in Myrtle Beach SC on Sunday, and received the worst service that I have ever had. I went through the drive thru, and had the tell the lady, 3 times what I wanted. Nothing hard or complicated.
    When I finally got to the window, she asked me yet again, what I ordered. She proceeded to hand me the wrong drink, and when I got home, she had not given me one of the sandwiches. On top of that, I had ordered a double beef and cheddar, and it was just the regular size. I called and they did give me my money back for the sandwich that I did not receive and did offer somewhat of an appology. I will NEVER visit this location again. Very dissapointed customer
