  1. Your customer service is flat out awful. I have been trying to contact your Florence, KY location for 3 days now and have made several calls at various times of the day. NO ONE ever answers the phone…EVER! I called the corporate office to see if I could get assistance or patched through and they said I should just drive up there because no one ever answers the phone from them either. Even your corp office knows service is lacking but do nothing. I don’t live close so a simple phone call could address my needs within minutes…not hours.
    I phan to visit this location 1 more time to get my question addressed, then NEVER again. Piss poor service, you should be ashamed! If you are open for business, the least you can do is answer your damn phone once in 3 days or 10 attempts at calling or give customers another means to reach the store manager. Absolutely pathetic!
    What a shame…you used to be a good business. Now you are overpriced, food is awful, and customer service is obviously a bad joke. Won’t be long before you go out of business at this rate.
