  1. ordered for pick up. was ready when I got there. got my senior discount and left. It was still hot enough to eat when I got home, just a short distance away. I am old enough to remember buying two coneys for $ .25 when I was a kid at the Glenway Avenue Skyline in Price Hill, Cincinnati, Ohio.

  2. 2-14-21 drive thru, Beechmont Ave, Cherry Grove, around 6:45pm. We are probably once a week customers. The last 3-5 times we’ve driven thru the orders have not been correct.
    This manifested itself last night when even my wife was unhappy. Ordered extra cheese, extra onion, couple of extra crackers, and hot sauce. We did get the extra crackers only because I reminded him at the window. No extra cheese, onion or sauce.
    Apparently you changed the size of the cheese bas(s) that come with 4 ways. We didn’t know that and of course we thought we were missing that also. After calling the restaurant, she explained the change and what color was the tab. Makes sense but don’t you think either the store should mention that or insert a small sheet with that information.
    I’m not complaining only sharing my story. As a business owner I want to know when my customer isn’t getting what they want. We are not the typical whiners and complainers over every little thing looking for free items.
